SAPSW is structured to ensure academic leadership, federal representation, and strong coordination through a national secretariat.

Founding Members

Six pioneer universities form the Founding Council, guiding formation, constitution, and inaugural assembly.

National Secretariat

Hosted at Somali National University (SNU), Mogadishu as the administrative and coordination hub.

FMS Chapters

State chapters across all Federal Member States coordinating membership, CPD, and advocacy locally.

General Assembly

The highest decision-making body that convenes annually to set strategic direction and policy.
